As the Social Media and Communications Coordinator for the WWU Public Relations Student Society of America (PRSSA) Chapter, I have successfully led a range of initiatives aimed at enhancing the Chapter's presence and impact. 

In my role, I develop and curate engaging informational and promotional content for our Chapter's Instagram account. This involves designing graphics, writing compelling captions, and maintaining a consistent posting schedule to enhance our online presence and engagement with current and prospective members.

I also assist in orchestrating weekly sessions, hosting industry professionals that provide our members with invaluable insights and networking opportunities. This involves coordinating schedules, managing event logistics, and ensuring seamless execution to create a conducive learning environment for all attendees.

Additionally, I organize tours to various PR agencies, allowing our members to gain first-hand experience of the industry's inner workings. This includes liaising with agency representatives, arranging transportation, and managing the tour schedule to maximize educational value.

Furthermore, I assist with fundraising initiatives to support our Chapter's goals, such as developing and maintaining partnerships regional PR agencies and creating marketing materials to encourage donations and participation. These efforts have been crucial in funding our activities and expanding our reach.

Finally, I ensure clear and effective communication within our Chapter, bridging the gap between members, the community, PRSA national, and external stakeholders. Through these efforts, I have not only strengthened our Chapter's operations but also contributed to the professional development of our members, fostering a supportive and dynamic learning environment.
